All Australian orders are shipped Express with the Australia post service which takes 1-3 business days from dispatch.

Returns Policy

  • ◦ To lodge a return for a store credit please use our returns portal by clicking here
  • ◦ We accept returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes in exchange for a store credit.We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.

  • ◦ Orders placed from 1st November 2021 – 24th December 2021 can be returned in line with our returns policy until 31st January 2022, to lodge a return request. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached, no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you again at your own expense.

  • ◦ Due to high demand we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item/s will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive a store credit valid for 12 months which can be used storewide, online only.

  • ◦ Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning their item/s. Once your return has been lodged in our portal you will be directed to pay for your return label, which can then be printed off. Please take your parcel to your nearest postal drop off location and allow up to 7 business days for your store credit to be issued.

  • ◦ Bydee is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning.

  • ◦ All items marked as final sale can not be returned. Storewide discounts or sales running for a limited amount of time with a discount greater than 10% are valid for a store credit of the amount paid at the time of purchase. Bydee does not accept exchanges of size, style or refunds.
  • ◦ Bydee offers shipping protection at checkout through route
  • for a small fee (percentage of your total spend, calculated at checkout). This will cover all parcel loss, damage, and theft. By deselecting the shipping protection, Bydee is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
