To ensure the long-lasting quality of your Bydee pieces, we recommend following the below care instructions.
We encourage you to avoid machine washing your swimwear pieces with detergents and bleach as these are too strong for swimwear fabrics. Hand washing will ensure your Bydee Swim pieces retain their colour & shape. If you choose to use detergent to hand wash your Bydee swimwear pieces, we suggest using a mild fragrance-free or a mild detergent specifically designed for swimwear fabrics. Please note that exposure to sun cream, tanning lotion, and high levels of chlorine and magnesium can damage and/or discolour your swimwear pieces. Please also be cautious of rough surfaces, which can cause pulling and snagging.

Unfortunately, from time to time, we may have stock-level inconsistencies that cause rare out-of-stock scenarios. We will always email you to let you know that your product cannot be fulfilled, and we will refund you to the original payment method.
We will refund an entire set if one item is out of stock.
If you have purchased more than one set, we will ship out the ones that are in stock and refund the other.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make manual changes to an order once it has been placed. Please ensure when you place your order that you double-check the selected styles and sizes in your cart prior to proceeding to the checkout.
Address change
We would suggest reaching out to the courier company (Australia post for AU and NZ post or DHL for NZ) to have this parcel redirected to your preferred address. Item changeWe suggest you make a separate order for the preferred item and send back the other one once you've received your original order. From there, so long as the return is in its original condition, we will be able to issue you a refund for the original (just be sure to let Customer Service know here)
After your order has been placed, it will be processed and prepared right away - we want to get your new Bydee pieces to you ASAP!

*Tracking to appear on the Australia Post website once the parcel has been collected from our warehouse and scanned at an Australia Post Depot. This usually occurs after 7pm on the day of dispatch but can take up to 24 hours.
We know the feeling of being obsessed with something and not being able to get it yet! We aim to restock our most popular prints and styles every 6-8 weeks but sometimes this varies.

At the moment we are an exclusively online business making our website (and flagship Rosebery store) the only place you are able to purchase Bydee products. However, keep an eye out on our social media platforms as we have some exciting movements on the horizon. As soon as you can shop Bydee anywhere else, we’ll make sure you know about it!
Unfortunately, many manufacturers rip off small labels like Bydee, and it is truly devastating to see our hard work copied.We can assure you these are not the same product and the quality will be nowhere near the same as a Bydee piece. Not to mention we use certified Repreve fabric, made from post-consumer material, you can even find the certification labels on our pieces.

We accept returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes in exchange for a store credit. To lodge a return for store credit, please use our returns portal here.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your store credit, and then you will be able to reorder the style/size you would like, provided we have it in stock!
Due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we can’t guarantee that the item/s will be in stock once we receive your return.
Please know that all items in our SALE section are final sale, they will not be restocked and can not be returned.

We're so sorry you ended up with a piece that isn't top quality! This is certainly not what we expect our customers to receive. Please follow the below steps and we will get this sorted for you ASAP!
Please let us know here that you have lodged a Return and from here, we can get to work setting you up with a pre-paid Returns label and all the info you need to know to make the return at your earliest convenience.
From there we will issue a replacement or refund depending on whether the item is in stock.
We’re so sorry you ended up with the wrong piece! This is certainly not the experience we expect our customers to have with us at Bydee. Please follow the below steps and we will get this sorted for you ASAP!
1. Please lodge a return through our portal here and select "Incorrect Order" for the item(s) you are returning.
2. Next, select DHL to have a Return Label generated for you. Please allow up to 24hrs for this label to come through.
3. You will need to upload photos onto our Returns Portal of the item(s) you received, inclusive of the parcel you received them in. Please ensure the photos are clear so that we can review this as part of our process and make sure we get your correct pieces to you ASAP! It additionally helps us if you are able to include a picture of the photo card you received with your Order stating who packed it!
4. Ensure you fill out your returns card that came with your order.
5. Please let us know here when you've shipped your incorrect item(s) back. Once we have confirmation of this, we can get to work to send out your correct Order immediately!
Yes. As you are located in Australia or New Zealand and your return is processed by our warehouse staff, you are able to do this.
You won't be able to process this through the portal. Please contact our Customer Service here to let them know exactly what you are returning and include a clear note in your satchel with the following:
If anything goes wrong and the additional items get missed in your credit we will know what you sent back as you emailed our Customer Service Queens! Please reply to that email thread so they can fix this for you.
Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 3 business days. Once we have processed it, you’ll receive a separate email from Bydee with your store credit. This email will feature your unique store credit code that you can use on your next Bydee order.

We know it seems simpler to just drop off your return on your own but our warehouse is not open to the public. However, we can accept in-store returns if you purchased your Bydee pieces online. We will exchange the pieces for you if the item is available in-store. If the item is out of stock in-store, our helpful Customer Service Queens will lodge a return for you via the online returns portal and take your Bydee pieces, so you don’t need to ship them back to us. You will receive an online store credit to re-purchase your favourite Bydee pieces!

We try our best to send out your Bydee orders on time each day. This means all orders received by 11 am Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped out by our Warehouse Queens on the same day. Otherwise, your order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse the next business day.
Once it is picked up by Australia Post or DHL, your Express Shipping timeframe will commence!
We use the fastest shipping method available by both Australia Post and DHL. Unfortunately, there can sometimes be Delays in shipping timeframes, and these are out of our control. If you have any concerns about your parcel’s delivery timeframe once it has been dispatched, we encourage you to get in touch with the postage/courier service as they will be able to provide you the most up-to-date information.
Selecting Shipping Protection at the checkout is a really smart move! Shipping Protection covers your Bydee pieces from loss, damage and theft in the delivery process. This means that if your Bydee piece is mishandled by the courier service, you are able to make a claim through Bydee’s Shipping Protection policy and we can replace your Bydee piece(s). In the unlikely event that your parcel has been mishandled, please click here to lodge a claim.

You will need to repurchase shipping again on your new order, as the same tracking details from your previous order can not be used. Simply because each tracking number is unique and, once created and scanned through transit, can not be used again.

With our Pre-Order, you can secure your order whilst the products are shipped to us at our Warehouse. This means there is a delayed dispatch on your order(s). Don’t worry, though! Occasionally, Rendr’s Couriers (our same-day delivery partners) may leave your new Bydee pieces in a safe place; however, this is not always guaranteed. If the courier is unable to leave your parcel, it will be returned to us.
Please know that this could involve a redelivery, which may include an additional charge at your own expense.
Same/next-day delivery is only available for addresses within 30km of our warehouse in Mascot.
If you’re located within 30km of our warehouse, same/next-day delivery will automatically appear as a shipping option at the checkout based on your postcode.
To avoid having your Bydee pieces returned to us, we highly recommend that someone be available to accept your same-day delivery.

Bydee is not liable for packages determined by postage services to be lost/damaged/stolen. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is considered to be in the custody of the courier, and the responsibility lies with them.

We've made some changes to our sizing and added the XS size, which has slightly impacted the measurements of all sizes. We recommend checking the size guide specific to the product you are purchasing to ensure you find the right size for you.

To measure, please follow these instructions:
We suggest measuring four key points on your body to find your perfect size. It's best to wear as little clothing as possible when taking these measurements. We recommend holding the measuring tape flush against your body, ensuring not to pull too tightly for the most accurate measurements. If you don't have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string and measure it with a ruler afterwards!
Bust
Measure around your chest at the fullest point of your bust with no bra.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
High Hip
Measure around your hips at the very top of your hip bone.

We don't use padding or cups in our swimwear as we use high quality double lined Italian Lycra. This adds a thickness to our pieces that makes padding an unnecessary step for our designs.
If you wish to add padding or cups, you can make a small incision on the inside layer of the fabric where you can slide padding or cups in and out without the material fraying.
We make a conscious effort to be plastic-free in all aspects of our business.
All orders are sent out in mailer bags made from 100% biodegradable and compostable materials. Not only do we send orders packaged sustainably, but we have also partnered with our ethical manufacturers to receive all shipments plastic free.
Our carry bags in-store are also recyclable (Just remove and reuse the ribbon!)

Our Jewellery is crafted to last; however, taking the time to care for your pieces properly will also ensure longevity; we recommend following our care instructions below:
When not wearing your jewellery, store in a cool, dry place.
With consistent wear, natural oils and dust can build up on your favourite jewellery pieces. To remove any build-up, we recommend using a gentle polish cloth without chemicals. Please avoid harsh cleaning or polishing chemicals.
After wearing your jewellery, gently wipe it down to remove any natural oils or products.
