Returns
We accept returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes in exchange for a store credit. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged. You have 30 days from the date you placed your order to lodge a return request using our return portal.
All items in the 'SALE' tab are final. Storewide discounts or sales running for a limited amount of time with a discount greater than 10% are valid for a store credit of the amount paid at the time of purchase. Bydee does not accept exchanges of size, style or refunds.

Australian Orders:
All Australian orders are shipped with Express Australia post service which takes 1-2 business days from dispatch.
Express shipping is free over $99 or $5 under $99
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours
International:
All International orders are shipped with DHL express service which takes 2-4 business days from dispatch. (Due to COVID-19 please allow up to 8 business days)
United states: Flat rate of $14 aud OR free over $250 aud
Rest of the world: Flat rate of $20 aud OR free over $250 aud
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours
