Exchange & Returns

  • BYDEE does not refund, although if you are unhappy with your order we do offer exchanges, please email us in order to lodge an exchange inquiry. you must notify us via email within 5 days from receiving your order.
  • Package must be shipped using a traceable method (tracking number), BYDEE is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning the product.
  • Customers will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping when exchanging or refunding.
  • Exchange and returns will only be accepted for items in their original condition, BYDEE holds the right to refuse exchange for damaged or soiled garments.
  • BYDEE does not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items

Orders below $100 is charged $5 postage fee
Orders above $100 is free postage

International (Sent with DHL)

New-Zealand: $7 flat rate postage (5-7 days)
United Kingdom: $9 flat rate postage price (5-7 days)
United States: $7 flat rate postage (5-7 days)
All other countries: $10 (5-10 days depending on the country)


Swimwear: is posted within 1-2 business days
Intimates: are posted within 2-5 business days as they are each handmade in our Sydney studio

BYDEE cannot be held accountable for delays in shipping times as these are just an estimated time frame
