We try our best to send out your Bydee orders on time each day. This means all orders received by 11am Monday - Friday will be shipped out by our Warehouse Queens on the same day. Otherwise, your order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse the next business day.

Please note: Any orders placed that include items or pre order or delayed dispatch will be dispatched once all items are available, as a singular delivery.

All orders placed within New Zealand are shipped via DHL Express Courier Service.

Please note that Bydee processes all orders in AUD. While the contents of your cart are displayed in NZD, you will checkout using AUD following the most current exchange rate at the time of your purchase.
