REPREVE® nylon fabric is made from regenerated and recycled materials. The manufacturing process begins when plastic bottles are collected from ocean-bound waste and post-consumer sources. These bottles undergo a meticulous cleaning and processing system where they're broken down into flakes, melted, and reformed into useful fibres.
