All orders are shipped from Bydee's Warehouse in Sydney, Australia, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm AEST). Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends and Australian public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

To ensure your order is shipped by the end of the week, please place your order by Friday at 11 am AEST.

Please note same/next-day delivery is only available for select addresses within 70km of our warehouse in Mascot. This is calculated automatically at checkout. Parcel lockers, PO Box addresses, and unauthorised deliveries are not eligible for same-day or next-day delivery. Please ensure someone is available for delivery to prevent your Bydee Pieces from being returned to us.
