How can I get to the store?

The Bydee Store is located in the heart of Rosebery, across the road from the Cannery. Located 15 minutes outside Sydney CBD and can easily be accessed by public transport or a car. The store is a 15-minute walk from Green Square station and close to many bus stops along Botany Road. There is plenty of street parking available too!

Is your entire range available in-store?

All Bydee full-price swimwear and ready to wear collections available online from our website are also available in-store, including a range of accessories and resort wear pieces. Please know that due to the high demand for best sellers, there may be times when stock is limited in-store and online.

Are fitting rooms available?

Yes, Bydee Store Rosebery has two fitting rooms available for you to try on before you buy.

Can I return items bought online in-store?

We always want you to be sure of your purchases with Bydee so if you’d like to proceed with a return for a store credit or exchange, please do so within 30 days of purchase in-store at our Rosebery Store or online via our Returns Portal by clicking here.

We accept in-store returns if you purchased your Bydee pieces online.. We will exchange the pieces for you if the item is available in-store. If the item is out of stock in-store, our helpful Customer Service Queens will lodge a return for you via the online returns portal and take your Bydee pieces, so you don’t need to ship them back to us. You will receive an online store credit to re-purchase your favourite Bydee pieces!

What is the in-store shopping returns policy?

We always want you to be sure of your purchases with Bydee, if you have purchased your Bydee pieces from our Rosebery store, we accept returns in-store for a change of size, style, or store credit, within 30 days of purchase.

What types of payments can I use in-store?

Bydee Store Rosebery is a cashless store, accepting all major credit cards, including AMEX and Bydee Gift Cards.

Can I order online and pick it up in-store?

No, unfortunately, click-and-collect services are not currently available.

Can I earn points in-store?
